The OSL Group began its journey in 1964, established by Shri Om Prakash
Goyal, starting with a kerosene oil dealership.
In 1985, the Group expanded into transportation services, partnering with
leading oil companies across India.
In 1988, Mr. Nirmal Kumar Goyal joined and led the Group into a new phase of
growth.
Over time, the Group diversified into logistics, LPG transportation,
automobile dealerships, hospitality, manufacturing consumer packaging goods, speciality
food retailer, healthcare, real estate, electronics
retail, and insurance broking.
Today, OSL Group has a pan-India presence, operating from major metros and
cities with a turnover of around ₹2,500 crore and a team of 12,500 employees.
